Femme District is an exciting event series organized by Downbeat District where ladies take over the DJ booth, showcasing the best local talent across all genres of Electronic Dance Music.
These events are designed to bring a South Beach vibe to the DMV area and feature flow artists.
Our last event was on September 8th at the Heron Alexandria Hotel rooftop bar, Good Fortune! We came together at this beautiful venue with 360 degree views of Alexandria! You brought together friends and enjoyed the music while you sipped on your favorite cocktail. There is nothing better than when we are together! We hope that you experienced Good Fortune with Femme District!
The lineup included DJs Lanie B, Julez, Bellona, and Electrocute! They brought their multi-genre house beats to the dance floor!
Open decks for the first two hours gave opportunity to the upcoming female DJs to show off their tunes!
